Claudine Fleury is by far the best real estate agent my husband and I have dealt with during our nearly fifty years together living in different parts of the country. After identifying Claudine online as someone who had listed and sold homes in our neighborhood, I called her and was immediately impressed not only with her knowledge of the local real estate market and community, but with her willingness over the phone to share useful information, such as steps we would need to take with our HOA prior to listing. Our first in-person meeting with her confirmed my impression: she was on time, thoroughly prepared with detailed information about our building and neighborhood comparables, had a plan already in mind for how to market our home, and left no doubt that we should sign her on as our agent.
