I am so happy I chose to work with Claudine on this purchase! We looked at 10 suitable houses before we found the right one for us. When it came time to prepare an offer, we spent over an hour reviewing comps together before we made our well-informed, independently-priced offer. Queen Anne home purchases should, it seems, always be done with a sewer inspection, and Claudine had managed a sewer inspection along with a home inspection for both houses we inspected. One was done on extremely short notice, as we pre-inspected prior to offering. The escrow and closing process happened to lurch at times. Claudine was on it as fast or faster than I was, working through issues with the bank, the mortgage broker, and the escrow company. For this purchase, we were looking in QA/Magnolia, Ballard, Green Lake and environs. Claudine had great depth of knowledge regarding houses being bought and sold in these communities. Claudine and I worked very well together on this purchase, and I would insist on using Claudine if I were to purchase or sell in this area again.

Claudine was very thorough making sure I understood the process. I never felt rushed or stupid for asking questions. Great communicator! I was on of five people who put in offers and beat out others who were willing to pay more because of her negotiation skills. Standards are high because so many aspects of life (assets, contracts, relationships, negotiation, access, community, etc.) are involved in a real estate purchase. Claudine fulfilled all of the expected standards, several times going above and beyond on my behalf.
