We first meet Claudine when a she was having an open house in Queen Anne for another client, the minute we walked into the open house, her great personality(super friendly, fun and outgoing), professionalism and knowledge showed through right from the start, so we chose her to assist us with our home search. We were looking for something very specific - a house with 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths in the top of Queen Anne - very rare in the city and hard to find in a neighborhood with high demand. Claudine worked with us for over 2 months as we looked for the perfect house for our family. We had a lead on a house that wasn't even listed yet and she had us looking at it within 24 hours, she helped us with the market analysis and helped us make the perfect offer - we are now homeowners of a beautiful house in Queen Anne. We love the house, and we love our real estate agent. She worked very hard for us, her responsiveness was unbelievable, and she really knows her stuff when it comes to contracts and negotiations. Claudine Fleury is by far the best real estate agent my husband and I have dealt with during our nearly fifty years together living in different parts of the country. After identifying Claudine online as someone who had listed and sold homes in our neighborhood, I called her and was immediately impressed not only with her knowledge of the local real estate market and community, but with her willingness over the phone to share useful information, such as steps we would need to take with our HOA prior to listing. Our first in-person meeting with her confirmed my impression: she was on time, thoroughly prepared with detailed information about our building and neighborhood comparables, had a plan already in mind for how to market our home, and left no doubt that we should sign her on as our agent. She gave us excellent advice on how to get our apartment ready for listing; and because we were not able to be in town during the listing period, she was extremely generous with her own time and assistance in making sure that everything got done. We were in constant touch via email, text and phone; and Claudine did everything, and more, that she had promised, including supervising repairs, staging our deck with flowers and furniture, and making sure the apartment looked its best. Bottom line is that our home had multiple excellent offers within the first week; and Claudine's skill as a negotiator resulted in a final offer that far exceeded our initial expectations. Closing took place within three weeks, with not one hitch, thanks to Claudine's intelligence, attention to detail, knowledge, people skills, and hard work. We cannot thank her enough or recommend her more highly.

Claudine is an exceptional real estate professional. She came highly recommended and exceeded our expectations from the first intro call in which she spent more than 1 hour demonstrating great understanding of housing market and sharing many useful tips and referrals for finding the right lender. I am so happy I chose to work with Claudine on this purchase! We looked at 10 suitable houses before we found the right one for us. When it came time to prepare an offer, we spent over an hour reviewing comps together before we made our well-informed, independently-priced offer. This was especially important, since the people we were buying from declined to give us an asking price! Claudine is very experienced, thorough, and very responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. During the process she was always very professional, punctual and never left any question unanswered. Claudine has timely communications with other realtors, and kept us informed at all times regarding where thing were, whether it was the search, the offer, the financing or the close. One area that Claudine particularly excelled in was moving us through the inspection process. She was a natural at who to bring to inspect, who could give a bid on whatever the problem was. Queen Anne home purchases should, it seems, always be done with a sewer inspection, and Claudine had managed a sewer inspection along with a home inspection for both houses we inspected. One was done on extremely short notice, as we pre-inspected prior to offering. The escrow and closing process happened to lurch at times. Claudine was on it as fast or faster than I was, working through issues with the bank, the mortgage broker, and the escrow company. For this purchase, we were looking in QA/Magnolia, Ballard, Green Lake and environs. Claudine had great depth of knowledge regarding houses being bought and sold in these communities. Claudine and I worked very well together on this purchase, and I would insist on using Claudine if I were to purchase or sell in this area again.
