Central District

The Central District lies south of Madison Valley and is experiencing a similar revitalization. One of the earliest neighborhoods in Seattle, the "CD" has many large turn-of-the-century homes, many of which are now being lovingly restored. The "CD" is also seeing a surge in new single-family homes and townhouses. The "CD" is the neighborhood choice for many that commute to the Eastside and downtown.
