Claudine Fleury is by far the best real estate agent my husband and I have dealt with during our nearly fifty years together living in different parts of the country. After identifying Claudine online as someone who had listed and sold homes in our neighborhood, I called her and was immediately impressed not only with her knowledge of the local real estate market and community but with her willingness over the phone to share useful information, such as steps we would need to take with our HOA prior to listing. One was done on extremely short notice, as we pre-inspected prior to offering. The escrow and closing process happened to lurch at times. Claudine was on it as fast or faster than I was, working through issues with the bank, the mortgage broker, and the escrow company. For this purchase, we were looking at QA or Magnolia, Ballard, Green Lake, and the environs. Claudine had a great depth of knowledge regarding houses being bought and sold in these communities. Claudine and I worked very well together on this purchase, and I would insist on using Claudine if I were to purchase or sell in this area again.
