I am so happy I chose to work with Claudine on this purchase! We looked at 10 suitable houses before we found the right one for us. When it came time to prepare an offer, we spent over an hour reviewing comps together before we made our well-informed, independently-priced offer. This was especially important, since the people we were buying from declined to give us an asking price! Claudine is very experienced, thorough, and responsive to emails, phone calls, and texts. During the process, she was always very professional, and punctual, and never left any questions unanswered. Claudine has timely communications with other realtors and kept us informed at all times regarding where things were, whether it was the search, the offer, the financing, or the close. She made herself available on evenings and weekends and worked tirelessly to find us a home that suited our needs and price. One area that Claudine particularly excelled in was moving us through the inspection process. She was a natural at who to bring to inspect, and who could give a bid on whatever the problem was. Queen Anne home purchases should, it seems, always be done with a sewer inspection, and Claudine had managed a sewer inspection along with a home inspection for both houses we inspected. One was done on extremely short notice, as we pre-inspected prior to offering. The escrow and closing process happened to lurch at times. Claudine was on it as fast or faster than I was, working through issues with the bank, the mortgage broker, and the escrow company. For this purchase, we were looking at QA or Magnolia, Ballard, Green Lake, and the environs. Claudine had a great depth of knowledge regarding houses being bought and sold in these communities. Claudine and I worked very well together on this purchase, and I would insist on using Claudine if I were to purchase or sell in this area again.
